Tenants end up in relationships with their agents because of someone else, not literally (we have strict rules about that kind of thing). The landlord chooses the agent and as a tenant you are stuck dealing with them regardless of how helpful they are.
We like to look after our tenants, we really do. We are easy to get in touch with to report problems: call, email or drop in to our office. All of our team members are genuinely nice people trying to make sure you enjoy living in the property you rent through us.
