It’s a (not so subtle) reminder that we expect our team to be the best. Frankly, estate agents have a terrible reputation in the UK. PLACES Birmingham works differently, imagine a world where your property agent actually cares about doing a fantastic job, know your name, your property and doesn’t wear terrible suits.
We keep things simple
When you call our office, we just answer the phone, you don’t talk to a machine. When you email us, we reply. We have an office that is open for you to visit 6 days a week. If we say we’re going to do something, we get on and do it. Simple.

We are a City Centre specialist. We know every area, every development and apartment complex intimately. We know who buys and rents where, and what a property is selling for. We may not know a lot else, but are experts at this.

PLACES was founded by two born and bred Brummies. In fact, the whole PLACES team live, breathe, eat, drink and dance (sometimes) in our hometown. The City is growing with us and we are seriously proud of it. If you’re sniffy about Birmingham, you’re living in the past. With one of the youngest populations of any major European city, it’s vibrant, eclectic and brimming with potential.

Sales and lettings are still unregulated! It’s crazy. Would you really want to trust your investment worth hundreds and thousands of pounds to someone who isn’t qualified or trained to do the job? The Association of Regulated Letting Agents is the industry body. It means we voluntarily use their best practices and commit to ongoing training to do the job properly and professionally.
