Birmingham City Centre is the heart of England’s ‘Second City’ with a newly impressive Grand Central shopping Centre and more miles of canals than Venice.
Industrial at its core, the City Centre was known for its trade and ancient market founded in 1154, which still exists in part. Today it has transformed into being predominantly commercial, with constant modernisation to upgrade the shopping and restaurant experience.
Birmingham’s Bullring and Grand Central Shopping Centres include the iconic Selfridges building and flagship store, John Lewis which attract thousands of visitors thanks to easy access via a newly engineered metro track and three popular railway stations.
